Contiki-NG, an open-source operating system for IoT devices, is affected by a buffer overflow vulnerability when using RPL source-routing mode versions before 4.5. This vulnerability could allow an attacker to trigger a buffer overflow via an input packet. Patch available in Contiki-NG 4.5.
